Thank you to everyone who filled out the Ignitia Assignment Reset Request form. Our team has received many requests and is working as quickly as possible to reset the due dates for your student’s assignments after yesterday’s Ignitia outage. We will process them in the order we receive them. We anticipate all changes to be complete by the end of the day. Please watch your email for further contact from your student's counselor in case they have questions. Feel free to remind your students that even if an assignment is marked “Overdue” it will not count against their grade for the assignment or the course as long as it is completed by the course due date. As you wait for the rescheduling to be completed, encourage your student to simply focus on completing their normal amount of work in each class.
