We have been informed that some students are experiencing their due dates being reset. I reached out to Ignitia Technical Support and we are investigating the cause and will inform you as applicable. The end result is: 1. If your student was behind in a course, they are now showing as "on track". Note that they still have the same amount of time to complete both the previously overdue assignments and the upcoming assignments. 2. If a student was on track, they likely won't notice a difference. 3. If a student was ahead, they still have fewer assignments due in the same amount of time, but this could be discouraging as it might be affecting a planned family vacation or absence. If that is the case for your student, please send me a direct message and I'll see what our team can do to assist.
