If you missed the registration deadline for our Social Clubs, don’t stress — we’ve got you covered. ✅ Registration is still open 📅 Submit your form today 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Don’t miss out on a year of connection, fun, and friendship! 1. Click on the app menu, then "Customer Portal". If needed, you can sign in to the portal using the email address provided on the enrollment form. Click "Getting Started" to learn about the Customer Portal, or "Access Portal" to proceed. 2. Click on the "Forms" tab.
