Click on the app menu, then "Customer Portal". If needed, you can sign in to the portal using the email address provided on the enrollment form. Click "Getting Started" to learn about the Customer Portal, or "Access Portal" to proceed. 2. Click on the "Forms" tab. If you have more than one student enrolled at Enlightium Academy, select your student’s name. 3. Click the "Club Registration Form" button.
