Did you register your student for a social club? If your student has not yet received a welcome letter from their social coordinator, make sure they're checking their student email. Also, ensure they have set up their student email (especially if they are in our Pen Pal program). All of our correspondences from our social coordinators will go directly to their student emails and/or primary parents' email addresses submitted in the registration form.
